Our processing window at LuxiLoom is 2-3 business days. You'll receive an initial order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that this processing window excludes weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

Return/Exchange Policy:
We do offer returns of products within 10 days of receiving your order. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. Emails should include your order number, a description of the damage, and pictures for verification. If it's determined that your product is damaged, we'll provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered, and we cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We advise double-checking your address before purchase, as packages with incorrect addresses may be returned to the sender. If a package is returned to us, we'll issue a refund once it's received. However, we do not offer reshipping on returned packages.
